RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it unopened within 7 working days and we will refund the price of the item. We cannot accept refunded goods that have been opened, tampered-with or used. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned, a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Sinful Sauces.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.

Goods must be inspected on delivery and any damage or breakages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will null & void any refund or replacement of items.
